Our Practice
We focus our practice primarily on family law disputes, including legal separation, divorce, child custody, child support, visitation disputes, property division and distribution, spousal support/alimony, separation agreements, and modifications of existing orders, amongst other areas of family law. We handle everything from child support enforcement and child support modification to the division of marital assets and debts. No legal matter in family law is too complex.
Rosalyn W. Otieno was admitted to the bar for the State of Maryland in 2003. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1991. In addition to her work with Maryland families, she is committed to helping low income or indigent persons, and handles pro bono family law cases through a local charitable organization. She also does pro bono work for US veterans in their appeals to obtain benefits from the federal government. She believes in aiding the community by providing aggressive, caring representation to every client she serves.
